Recruited a part-time accountant to improve the needed internal financial reporting and eliminated the need for the outside accounting firm to perform the informal financial reporting service on a routine basis - Developed a pre-determined profit plan and monthly variance reports that will enable us to monitor our financial performance closely
These processes have become ingrained in our routine and our culture. Since they will be maintained, we fully expect to see the continued benefit of the initiatives that have been implemented.
We expect to realize a return on investment of $1.5MM over the next three years due to these changes, which significantly exceeds the program’s cost.
