I wish to personally thank you and your team at American Management Services, Inc. for consulting with Samuel Holmes, Inc. during the past four months. Of particular note were the discussions surrounding and the achievement of various project elements, including:
- Developing eight “Actions For Profit (AFP)” with the present and future potential to create $2.893 million worth of a three-year cost savings return on investment, surpassing the initial goal of $2.163 million.
- Drafting seven “Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)” memorandums coupled with supporting elements allowing for the documentation and formalization aimed specifically at controlling various production, sales, and management processes.
- Analyzing the current product pricing model and finding mechanisms to exceed minimum break-even gross margin standards and gross margin percentage goals.
Overall, the American Management Services’ on-site consultants, Anthony Branca and Michael Jones, presented multiple business improvement ideas and strategies on a short- and long-term basis.
Their communication with me and my staff with numerous suggestions added great value.
