Working on-site with clients, you’ll collaborate with owners of privately held small- to medium-sized businesses to identify underlying problems and implement real-time, profit-guaranteed solutions. This role demands resilience, confidence, and the ability to have tough conversations outside your comfort zone.
This position is perfect for those with a competitive edge and is comparable to roles such as Analyst, Consultant, VP of Sales, Financial Analyst, Business Executive, Operations Manager, or Turnaround Expert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with “Type A” personalities and hold clients accountable for truthful answers
- Determine the real costs of underlying problems from a P&L perspective
- Challenge business owners and facilitate improvement
- 100% domestic travel, approximately 48 weeks per year

- Work side-by-side with business owners to identify underlying problems their companies are experiencing
- From a P&L perspective, determining what said underlying problems’ real costs are
- Getting clients to disclose their shortcomings, weaknesses, need for assistance, etc.
- Interacting with a lot of “Type A” personalities/drivers
- Comfortable having difficult conversations often outside of your comfort zone
- Getting decision-makers to talk about the areas of their businesses that need improvement
- Holding clients accountable for answering each question truthfully
- 100% domestic travel (leave on Sunday nights and return on Fridays) consistent for approximately 48 weeks a year
- A clear understanding of what makes a business “tick”
Possess a roll up your sleeves work ethic
- Being comfortable challenging business owners on their shortcomings
- To succeed in this position, you must have financial/operational skills as well as the ability to close high-ticket clients
- Sales skills are a plus
Desired Experience, Skills, & Character
- At least 15 years of business experience in one or more of the following areas:
- C-suite level
- sales/marketing
- business ownership
- senior management
- Driven by uncapped commissions and potential to make $150,000-$250,000 your first year (money motivated)
- Extreme confidence, even when confronted with uncomfortable conversations
- Willing to ask owners tough questions and “stay in your chair.”
- Thrive in a high-paced, high-pressure environment
- Extensive analytical skills and ability to effectively communicate with business owners/senior management is required
- Possess the need to be continuously challenged
- Relentless, never give up – closer mentality
- Dislike second place, determined not to let anyone outwork you
- Have a high degree of motivation and self-discipline
